How do crystals work?
Crystals grow in the earth's crust over millions of years at high pressures and
heat. When they come out they are the objects on earth with the most
energy. Thus when worn on the body a crystal will refract and reflect light into
your electromagnetic field (aka aura). This enables your body to elevate and
function at a higher frequency. Stones are very powerful and are used today in
everything from bio-dynamic farming to microscopic surgery.
Choosing a beneficial stone:
Simply choose the stone that you are most attracted to. Don't peek and read the
meanings first, as your subconscious energetic body will always know best. When
you read the stone meaning of the stone that you are most attracted to, you will
find that you chose whatever is most beneficial for you at this time in
your life. Subsequently your attraction to stones will shift as your journey
through life does.
Choosing a crystal for someone else:
One method involves visualizing the person for whom the crystal is being chosen,
projecting that visualization to the crystals, and selecting the crystal that
responds (or crystal to which you respond while visualizing the other person).
